Move

with me

There are SO many ways to move our bodies. I believe the more varied our movement practices are, the more resilient and skilled we become. While it can be attractive to dedicate your time and energy to perfecting a single movement practice, it’s kinda like only eating one food group. Eventually, the holes in your movement practice show up as chronic pain, stiffness, poor movement patterns and lack or mobility and range of motion.

I teach classes, courses and workshops in a wide range of disciplines at various levels.

Movement is an expression of being alive!

The ways we move are ways to express ourselves, challenge ourselves, support ourselves, defend ourselves and ultimately, know ourselves. Know our limitations, understand our strengths, be aware of our edges and increase our tolerance mindfully.
