These sessions are very body focused and are aimed at achieving specific physical goals. These sessions are excellent for athletes, bodyworkers, or anyone who really work their bodies and have chronic movement patterns that need addressing. BOOK HERE

Breath-work sessions will assist you in exploring your current breath patterns and find breathing patterns and techniques for specific outcomes. We will practice various techniques that will support your individual goals, from athletic performance to better sleep and so much more. BOOK HERE

This service is highly personalized and may include any combination of movement instruction, hands on work, breathing techniques, meditation prompts, essential oils, sound therapy, touch therapy, herbal infusions and coaching. BOOK HERE

The Process
Initial Consultation
Before any services are scheduled, I will meet with you for one hour to hear about your goals, expectations and circumstances along with any history or other details.
Set a Plan
After your initial consultation is complete, I will recommend a specific treatment or coaching plan, usually 6-8 sessions, but can range from 2-12 sessions.
Review & Assess
After each session and again once your coaching or treatment plan is complete, we will review progress from start to finish using various assessment tools relative to your goals and plan and determine if additional support is needed.
So Long and farewell
I love to see integrated results that last, that is why I don’t see clients on an ongoing and endless basis. If I can’t get you to your goal within 12 weeks, you need someone/something I can’t provide. Have a new goal I can help with? I am happy to have you back!
