Deep Conditioning - HOT @ Mudita
Joint conditioning exercises combined with strength, balance and mobility movement sequences in a hot room with infrared heat panels.
Meditation @ Tria
Rooted in classical Tantric meditation traditions, this class centers on cultivating awareness, balance, and inner steadiness. Each session begins with light movement and breathwork to prepare the body and mind, then settles into a guided meditation explored over several weeks.
Due to the quiet nature of this practice, late arrivals will not be admitted. Advanced Registration Required.

Join me at Everglow Wellness in Keene, NH for a full body deep conditioning workout Saturday at 9am. This class may include crawling, jumping, inversions, lifting weights, balancing, catching, pushing and pulling motions. Class is open to all, however, modifications will need to be made for those with limited mobility.
