Deep Conditioning @ Mudita

Join me every Sunday for a 60-minute hot class focused on building deep strength, stability, balance, and efficiency.

This practice uses slow but demanding movement sequences that challenge both mind and body. We will explore the balance between effort and ease by repeating movement patterns with subtle adjustments, each round taking the time to truly feel and notice the body’s systemic adaptations.

Each sequence builds progressively on the last, starting with focused work on a single muscle group or area and expanding outward into integrated, full-body movement by the end of class.

Expect to leave feeling stronger, more stable, with more awareness of how your body meets challenges and adapts. . Advanced registration is required at MUDITA.
