Join me every Wednesday morning at Mudita in Keene, NH for an early morning practice designed to increase awareness, resilience, mobility, strength and balance. These classes begin with a dynamic warm up and work up to a series of rhythmic movement sequences that build as we go, for the last 5 minutes of class we settle into stillness and intentional regulation of breath and heart rate. Each class is 60 min long. Advanced registration is required at MUDITA.
